Mraz had his (pre-recorded, of course) fun on the eve of the new year. Amazing renditions of the Remedy and I Cant Go For That were sung, girls grinded. Nick and Jessica ignored poor mraz...but other than that, he was amazing. Just so amazing. and so hot. his fans? ive discovered that there not so hot. but him...jeeze. Okay. thats all. Ahh! Yenellyca's Xanga Site....what a wonderful place to be! I found "avril lavignes" xanga site....im so sure that its really her....so ANYWAY. I love  mraz. for all of you that are living in or under a rock, and didnt know. He was so awesome live. I feel like mraz writing in my "journal" like this....hes such an amazing guy... not the hottest in the world, i give you that, but its his charisma that really counts, to me. He's thoughtfull, smart, funny, somewhat polite...really the modle guy. Anyhow. *Mraz wore the same pair of jeans in the You and I Both video and when he preformed for me (tee hee) at Muhlenburg* My random Mraz fact. anyhow. Yenca's doing just fine  I wub her more and more each day...she really is the facsimilie of perfect. But enough about her. And mraz. What about Nelly Kim, you may ask. Well. Nelly's...um...on vacation right now. Yeah. Dont really know how that happend, but it did. Mraz sorta snuck in and took her place. But thats okay. It feels good to be in love with a guy, for a change. Pete's fine. As is Jer, Nikki, and Chey. Sharene's schedualed for arival on Jan. 3rd, we'll see how that shakes out. Thats all for now. Put yourself in these positions: You’re a seventeen year old female, and in high school.  You come home to find your blood test results in the mail: Your pregnant.  Or how about an intended pregnancy? You and your husband decide it’s the perfect time to have a child.  You’re entering your 4^th month of pregnancy, and you discover that your child has a horrible brain malformation.  Would you want your child to live his or her life with the inability to move, or maybe even breathe? I wouldn’t, and this is another example of why women should have complete control over their body, and what is-or isn’t- inside of it. Some people are just not ready for a child, whether it’s physically, mentally, or financially.

Physically, the prime time to have a child is between the ages of 27 and 30 years of age.  People that fall too short of that mark may risk having a severely premature child, and people much after that age run a risk of birthing a child with Down’s Syndrome.  These are two conditions that should-and can- be avoided, by abortion.  It may seem like I’m saying “If there’s something wrong with it, kill it.” but I’m not, its about having the choice to do so, which is exactly my point.

Now think about that seventeen year old mother-to-be. How do you think she spends her time? Hanging out with her friends? Maybe working a part-time job? She probably is not taking care of her own house, paying bills, or doing any of the model “parent” things, and she certainly doesn’t fit that mold. She is not mentally prepared to face the trials and tribulations of raising an utterly dependent being, in fact, she is still probably living at home, being taken care of, herself!

The third, and maybe foremost reason that abortion should be a matter of choice is simply put: Money.  Having and raising a child costs an awful lot these days.  For someone who is not yet living on there own with a steady income, it is almost impossible to afford a child without the help of a parent or family member.

I think that all women should have the choice to get an abortion.  You only live one life, why not live it in complete control? Plus, when it comes time to REALLY have a baby, you’ll be as ready as anything!
